Magic Bullet Grinder Software for Processing DSLRs Footage

Magic Bullet Grinder for processing DSLR footage to the editSan Fran software outfit Magic Bullet have come up with some timely software to turn the unfriendly H.264 or sometimes unfriendly AVCHD compression that comes out of the more popular DSLRs in to something friendlier. Grinder also promises to insert timecode and file names as well as make proxies.

You pick a compression from a drop down menu and set your process going, conversions to ProRes standard and Proxy come straight out the box. It’ll also deal with your off-speed footage to create quick slow-motion effects.
